Oblivion:Clothing

< Oblivion: Items(Redirected from Oblivion:King of Worms' Robes)

This page describes the mundane (non-magical) clothing items in Oblivion. The category Oblivion-Clothing provides lists of all the individual pieces of enchanted clothing in the game.

OutfitsEdit

These cover both your upper and lower body, and cannot be worn along with any shirt, pants, cuirass, or greaves.

Name ID     Where to Find / Notes
  Aqua Silk Robes 00071021 4.0 8
  Arch-Mage's Robe 00064FDF 3.0 0
   Black & Burgundy Outfit 0001C887 1.5 6 Common upper-class clothing.

   Blue & Green Outfit 0001C884 1.0 2 Common middle-class clothing.
   Blue Velvet Outfit 0002319D 1.5 6 Common upper-class clothing.
   Child Overalls 000CAAA1 0.0 0
  • Only one exists, in Fort Cuptor (one of the few children in the game, and he is actually long dead).
  • These are marked as not "playable", therefore if you pick them up they disappear.
    • These can still be equipped to people using the console commands.
    • The Unofficial Oblivion Patch replaces the overalls with a miscellaneous item identical in appearance.
  • Identical to the Fishing Waders.
  Emperor's Robe 00023D33
0000BC2D
2.0 25
  • Worn by Uriel Septim VII and Brother Martin after you enter Paradise.
  • You can't loot Uriel's corpse, and even if Martin dies the robe doesn't appear on his corpse. It is possible to get this item through the use of console commands, or exploiting a glitch.
  • Martin's version of the robe is actually classed as heavy armor. More info about that version can be seen here.
  • FormID 0000bc2d applies to an unused version of the robe intended for use by Martin, which has the same enchantment as the armor version but otherwise the same stats as Uriel's version. It can only be found in the "All Weapons and Armor" crate in the TestEnchanted cell.
   Fishing Waders 0002ECAC 1.0 1 Common lower-class clothing.
  Green Robe 0007101B 2.0 1
  Grey Robe 0012DD1E 2.0 1
  King of Worms' Robes 001885CA 4.0 8

  Mage's Robe 00064F7F 3.0 1
Monk Robe 0001E7FF 2.0 1 Worn by monks, such as those at Weynon Priory, Cloud Ruler Temple and Daedric Shrines. May also be found on Bandit Hedge Wizards and Argonian Shamans.
  Mythic Dawn Robe 00024DE2 3.0 0
  • Many Mythic Dawn agents wear them.
  • Unlike other robes (apart from the Black Hand Robe), this robe covers your feet and hands as well, preventing you from wearing gauntlets or footwear.
  Necromancer's Robes 001885C9 4.0 8
  • Worn by Necromancers.
  • Mages Guild members will not talk to you if you are wearing these robes, saying only "What are you thinking, wearing something like that? Take it off at once!" (if you are in the Mages Guild) or "Are you out of your mind? Take that robe off at once!" (if you are not). Mages Guild members will not care about you wearing these robes if they are enchanted, though.
  • Aside from the symbol emblazoned on the chest, these robes are similar in appearance to the Black Robe.

WristsEdit

There is only one article of clothing worn on the wrists: the Wrist Irons you start the game with. They cannot be worn with any gauntlets or bracers (such as the Bands of the Chosen). If you want to maximize the number of enchantments you are wearing, enchanted wrist irons are the only non-armor option for your wrists. These will not hinder your spell-casting abilities and never need to be repaired.

Name ID     Where to Find / Notes
  Wrist Irons 000BE335 0.0 0

BugsEdit

  • Certain pieces of clothing, such as the male version of Breeches, have a corrupted icon in the inventory when playing the game on lower settings.
