Sotha Sil's realm is completely synthetic and as a result of the soil being completely metallic real vegetation cannot grow there. Sotha Sil has created various types of metallic vegetation that mimic real ones found on Nirn and they include Cherry Blossoms, Oak, Maple, Spruce, Cyprus, and other types of Flora such as shrubs.

The Fading Tree is a tree protected by a caretaker chosen from the village of Shrouded Hollow, found in the Shrouded Vale, a cavern that was named for the village, in Greenshade, southern Valenwood.
Faun's-TongueEdit
An herb used by druids for special rituals native to Galen. It was considered a potent ward against the evil.[1][2][3]

Fennel has several clumps of tiny yellow flowers and finely dissected leaves. It is most common in the northern part of the Gold Coast Region of Cyrodiil.

Fire FernEdit
The Fire Fern is a perennial herb native to Morrowind. The flowers are inconspicuous and often hidden. The glossy, evergreen foliage and blossoms are resistant to conditions of high heat and bright light found in Vvardenfell. A petal from this plant placed under one's tongue will provide protection from heat and fire.[4]
They grow primarily on Red Mountain, in Molag Amur, and on Azura's Coast.[5][6] Kwama love eating fire fern, but it also agitates them.[7]
Flame StalkEdit
Flame Stalks are a semi-rare plant native to the Shivering Isles, it grows primarily on the sides of cave supports in the Mania region. They purportedly help ease indigestion in small lizards.[8]

Flamequench BloomEdit
FlaxEdit
Flax have thin stems and many small leaves that flower with either a pale pink, yellow, or blue head. It can be found across Tamriel, although it grows widely in the West Weald region of Cyrodiil. It is mainly used in the production of linen, although its seeds can be of use to alchemists.
Flint VineEdit
Flint Vine is a hardy creeper often found growing in poorly lit areas (such as caves) in Murkmire. Possessing sturdy fibers, this plant can be used to weave ropes or ladders that can hold the weight of an adult mortal in a pinch.[9]
Fluster FumeEdit
Fluster Fume is a little known plant native to Valenwood with a wide variety of alchemical applications. Fluster Fume's root is where all the confusion-inspiring properties congregate.[10]
Fly AmanitaEdit
Fly Amanitas are easily recognized mushrooms, distinguished by their white-spotted deep red caps. They grow in vast numbers in Cyrodiil's Great Forest and in many of the province's cities. They can also be found underground in Skyrim's caves.
FlytrapEdit
Flytraps are a species of carnivorus plant. Valenwood flytraps are very rare, and their leaves are used as a powerful aphrodisiac.[11]
FoxgloveEdit
Foxglove flower on tall stems. They are easily noticed due to their light-purple tubular heads.
FoxrootEdit
Foxroot is a rare, fragile medicinal herb that grows only rarely in the eastern region of the Rift.[12][13] It was used in clever magic. Ulfsild was known to use it in her craft, and often sent the Fox to retrieve it.[14]
Frostheart BlossomsEdit
A species of blue flower that only grows in snowbound regions.[15] It can be found near the Seven Thousand Steps, and has curative properties.

Fungus stalks are small tube-like biota found growing in the Dementia region of the Shivering Isles.
