Ma'dran is a Khajiit pawnbroker and the leader of his trade caravan. He travels with Ma'jhad and Ra'zhinda between Windhelm and Solitude.
Ma'dran wears a set of merchant clothes and a pair of boots. He is equipped with a steel mace, and carries a selection of upper-class loot and gold.

DialogueEdit
- Has the war made your travels difficult?
- "Quite the opposite, in fact. The soldiers are some of our best customers, for we offer supplies and wares they cannot obtain by other means. It was Ri'saad's idea to come here now, while the land is in turmoil. Where others saw only danger, he saw opportunity."
- Do you work for Risaad [sic]?
- "He hired the others and paid for my goods. I am allowed to run the caravan, but I pay Ri'saad a percentage of my profits. I say this without bitterness, for it was Ri'saad who saved me from a life of servitude aboard a trading ship. I am grateful to have the life that I do now. It is a far cry from my days as an orphan on the streets of Corinthe."
- Who owns the trading caravans?
- "It is Ri'saad who owns the three trading caravans that travel the roads of Skyrim. Long ago, I was an orphan on the streets of Corinthe. I stowed away aboard a trade ship that brought me here. It was Ri'saad who found me. He provided the funds to start this caravan, and put me in charge of it. I owe him more than I could ever hope to repay."
Quest-Related DialogueEdit
Missing MerchantEdit
- I understand you were sold a set of Daedric armor.
- "That is the truth."
-
- You should trade it for this ring. It's just as valuable and easier to carry.
- "How can I argue with that?"
-
- This ring is a Khajiit artifact. I think you should trade the armor for it.
- (?)
-
- That armor was stolen. Trade it for this ring before the guard notices.

NotesEdit
- Although Ysolda claims to have met him, his stop is not Whiterun and his route does not take him past the city.
- It's possible the caravans are meant to be implied to have changing end locations, as the book Ghosts in the Storm implies Ri'saad's caravan heading to Windhelm, while the Smugglers' Note implies Ahkari's caravan stopping in Whiterun as well. The former book states that the caravans "crisscross Skyrim".
- Ma'dran's caravan is the smallest, at just three members. The other two caravans have four Khajiit (the leader, two guards, and one other).
BugsEdit
- You may not get the "Do you work for Risaad?" and "Who owns the trading caravans?" dialogue options, just the "What do you have for sale?" and "Has the war made your travels difficult?" ones. ?
