Bal Sunnar

Bal Sunnar is a group dungeon in Stonefalls. It is a remote Telvanni settlement found in the mountains south of Senie and was established several centuries prior to the Second Era by Matriarch Lladi Telvanni. However the area is subject to a temporal anomaly causing multiple eras of Bal Sunnar to be accessible.

It is included in the Scribes of Fate DLC alongside Scrivener's Hall.

A mysterious temporal anomaly has drawn the Psijic Order to the dark elf tower at Bal Sunnar.
