A scout reported several Reach exiles have been taken captive by strange blind creatures in the depths of Blackreach. The Wayward Guardians want me to rescue them.
Quick WalkthroughEdit
- Go to Ghostlight Grotto in Arkthzand Cavern.
- Search camp for Reachman exiles.
- Return to Ardanir in Markarth.
Detailed WalkthroughEdit
Make your way to the Ghostlight Grotto. Your task is to search the camp for the Reachman exiles. Beagan is already dead and laying on the ground near some weeds. Retrieve his Bear-Heart Clan Necklace to prove you found him. Callan is found cowering near a cliff. Leven is injured and found sitting near a Falmar tent.
After interacting with each of them, return to Ardanir in Markarth for your reward.

* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g.,

) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
