Ghostlight Grotto is a striking locale located east of the Library of Arkthzand in Blackreach: Arkthzand Cavern. A group of Falmer have set up camp here with their thralls and Chaurus pets. During the related quest, the Reachmen Beagan, Callan and Leven can be found here.
