Tunila Omavel is a Dark Elf healer who will take up residence at Tel Uvirith after you have built your stronghold. If you are a member of House Telvanni, she will sell you potions and spells. On the other hand, if you are a member of House Hlaalu or House Redoran, she will attack you (unless you exploited the loophole that allows you to be a member of both House Hlaalu and House Telvanni).
She is wearing a common robe with a matching pair of shoes. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows a variety of spells, which you can buy from her.
