Detailed WalkthroughEdit

BusinessEdit

Talk to Edryno Arethi in her house on the Hlaalu Waistworks in Vivec. She will ask you to escort the merchant Tarvyn Faren to Pelagiad due to bandits on the road.

The EscortEdit

Edryno will tell you to meet Tarvyn Faren on the road to Pelagiad, near the Silt Strider just north of Vivec. You will have to travel slowly so that the merchant isn’t left behind. Once you reach Pelegiad, escort Tarvyn into the Halfway Tavern to update the quest, then return to Arethi in Vivec to complete the quest.

NotesEdit

• Edryno Arethi never mentions the Halfway Tavern in her dialogue, even though you need to escort Tarvyn into the tavern in order to update the quest.
• You can get this quest even if you are not a member of House Hlaalu.
• Tarvyn tends to dislike using the bridges if you choose to walk from Vivec, and may fall off the bridge. If he does this, go into the water and slowly guide him out.
  • Conversely, Tarvyn may get stuck trying to walk through a bridge post. A fix for this is not yet known.
