Eagle's Brook (otherwise called Eagle Brook)[1] is a minor township that contains the many artisans and craftsmen that serve the nobility of Camlorn, which overlooks the entirety of the Cambray Hills. Eagle's Brook primarily serves as a gateway between the city-state of Camlorn and the Eltheric Ocean, opening trade along the northern route. Eagle's Brook is known for also harvesting seafood daily.[2]

History[edit]

Eagle's Brook had been an established settlement for quite some time since the invasion of Westtry, that had occurred a long time ago.[2][3] But Eagle's Brook had always been known for their artisans and craftsmen. In 2E 582, Eagle's Brook was under attack by the Bloodthorn Cult, under the command of Lord Velian. The Bloodthorns were turning the people into Zombies, thus creating a new pocket realm of Oblivion, Lord Velian's Plane. The local mage, Merien Sellan had uncovered the ritual that created the pocket realm, and so he entered the plane so that he could destroy it from the inside, along with himself. His son, Tamien Sellan and a traveler had entered the realm themselves, slaying Lord Velian and foiling the plot of the Bloodthorns in Eagle's Brook. It is unknown whether Merien sacrificed himself or was saved by his son.[4][5] By the Imperial Simulacrum in the late-Third Era, the village of Eagle Brook was still an active settlement. It was ruled by Lord Theodyn and it had a rivalry with Moonguard.[1] It was neighbored by several settlements, including Kings Guard to the south, and Meir Darguard to the northeast.[6]
