Adding Licensing and Categories to ImagesEdit
I've noticed you've been uploading quite a few images since you've joined and I'd like to ask you to please add the proper license and category to the image when you upload. As your images thus far have been screenshots from ESO, the correct licensing for that in the drop down menu is the bottom one, "Screenshot generated by a UESP user and not taken from any other site (for ES Online Images only). As for the category, basically it goes [[Category:Online-__ Images]] eg "NPC Images". Easiest way is to find a similar image and check what category it is under. There is also the option of activating the HotCat gadget in the preferences section which will allow you to add and modify categories more easily.--Talyyn (talk) 09:14, 26 October 2020 (UTC)

PatrollerEdit
Congratulations, you're now a patroller! Feel free to add the {{User Patroller}} box to your profile. As I'm sure you noted, there were concerns about your spelling and grammar. You've promised to be more careful about that in future, which is all we ask. I know you've been doing a lot of great work overall, really adding a lot of content to the site. Hopefully, the new role won't cut into that too much. Enjoy the flood of !s. – Robin Hood (talk) 16:37, 7 February 2022 (UTC)
Pre-release tagEdit
Hi Tyrvarion!
- I noticed you removed a pre-release tag I had placed on Blessed Dais of Almalexia. I had placed the tag on the page when I added information about its connection to the vendor and vendor location where it's supposed to become available for sale as of Update 34, which isn't out until June 6th on PC. Did I make a mistake by placing a pre-release on this page and the other 67 furnishings I worked on last week, to prepare them for Update 34? (The Dwemer Star Chart also had the pre-release tag removed, by someone else, who doesn't even seem to have an account here.)
- You are much more experienced at editing uesp than I am, so please let me know if I made a mistake on these pages. I thought I did them correctly -- I've been on the Discord asking questions. Thanks. Kelinmiriel (talk) 15:31, 22 May 2022 (UTC)

What the heck man? Why are you changing everything I edit? Champion of the God Emperor (talk) 07:39, 17 January 2023 (UTC)
- I am not doing anything against you personally, in fact it is really nice to see new editors contributing to the site. As a patroller of the wiki, it is part of my duties to keep things checked, and your change to the page, while certainly in good faith is not in line with what source said. It's not a big change I believe. As for your previous edits - from what I checked the only ones I did were to Pelinal page - someting that was not done by only me but many other editors and mainly becuase of the consesnus on his lore talk page that his race is not specified because of all the lore surrounding Pelinal related to the time and general lack of any statements confiriming he was Nede. Please do not consider it an attack because it is not one.Tyrvarion (talk) 07:45, 17 January 2023 (UTC)

Soul Sword Page EditsEdit
ReversionsEdit
I noticed you reverted my edits to Lore:Erolgard, Lore:Tamburkar, Lore:Mount Jensen, and Lore:Hoarbeld. Could you explain why you did that? I understand that some of the changes I made to those pages may have been made in error, but it seems excessive to completely revert everything that I changed.
Regarding the content I removed, it seemed like a lot of what is on those pages is either redundant (e.g. the content of the books section's is listed in the references section), unrelated to the page (e.g. mentioning "Eslaf Erol committed his first act of thievery in the nearby Tamburkar" on pages other than Tamburkar), or both (e.g. the disclaimer provided in the notes section has to do with the character of the story, rather than the places, and is already provided on Lore:The Adventures of Eslaf Erol).
Also, I'm not sure why you also reverted my grammar edits to the openings of Tamburkar, Mount Jensen, and Hoarbeld and removed the cleanup template from Erolgard. Erolgard is in a particularly bad state in terms of grammar:
- "This division led to the degradation of the kingdom. The kingdom of Erolgard became a grim place. The division of rights between the royal siblings made the kingdom dysfunctional..." is redundant.
- "After years of adventuring, the youngest son Eslaf returned to the devastated kingdom, and the royal palace, where he met his brother Ynhop, who he later impersonated, which was easy given their physical similarities" is a run on sentence.
- "When he died years later, out of greed, he had refused to name someone an heir, so the kingdom received its entire fortune" is awkwardly phrased (and maybe also a run on sentence).
These aren't the only issues, just the ones that immediately stood out to me. The openings of Tamburkar, Mount Jensen, and Hoarbeld were short enough that I could fix them fairly quickly, but didn't have the time nor was I familiar enough with the source material to rewrite Erolgard's history section, which is why I added the template instead. Even if you still disagree with the content removal edits I made, hopefully I've shown that the grammar edits/cleanup template were valid changes to the page/s. --Ohnoitsmangofett (talk) 20:16, 4 November 2024 (UTC)

- I apologize for the changes made. I’ll admit, it was done in haste and caused by the removal of the notes section, which I believe are important on each page, in case readers don't really read note on the source book. Adding it there was good idea by the way. I think that those notes provide readers with context about the places, suggesting that while they may be fictional, they’re not necessarily so—especially since locations like Aalto, which are also mentioned in those books, are certainly real. I restored the edits made to the smaller pages and made some changes to Erolgard.Tyrvarion (talk) 12:39, 5 November 2024 (UTC)
