Featured Articles are articles the wiki's users deem to be of the highest quality and should be held up as an example for other articles. Articles are nominated for this status below. Users then review the nominees for content, style, completeness, and overall quality and place their vote.
A gallery of older Featured Articles can be found here. Similarly, the archives of previous nominations can be found here. Note that not all failed nominations are included. High-quality images can be nominated for featured status at Featured Images.
Featured Article Process
Nomination
Any registered member (once autoconfirmed) can nominate any article at any time. Nominated articles should be of high quality and meet the wiki's style guidelines. They will frequently be recently completed articles or articles that have just undergone a substantial rewrite, but older articles are also suitable candidates.
To nominate an article, list it on the bottom of this page with a three-tier heading, (===Example===
), and briefly explain why you think the article should be given featured status.
Voting
After an article has been nominated, any registered member (once autoconfirmed) can vote to support or oppose each nomination. Each member can only vote once for a given article, but a member may change their vote by striking out the original vote and replacing it with the revised vote.
To vote on an article, state whether you support or oppose the article for featured article status. A vote should be in bold, and all votes must be signed. For example:* '''Support''': <Comment> --~~~~
or* '''Oppose''': <Comment> --~~~~
Commenting with your vote is optional, but if you oppose a nomination, please state how the article must be improved to get your support for featured status.
If you are not yet ready to vote but would still like to add your thoughts, you may use:
* '''Comment''': <Comment> --~~~~
or* '''Question''': <Question> --~~~~
And fill in your concerns or questions.
Decisions
UESP Administrators will periodically make decisions on article nominations. Decisions will only be made if:
- The article has been nominated for more than seven days.
- Five or more votes have been placed.
- A clear consensus has been reached (either supported or opposed for featured status).
Nominations not meeting these criteria will be left open until a decision can be reached or it becomes clear that there will be no consensus, even if voting is left open.
Articles whose nominations pass will receive featured article status on the front page for at least two weeks and receive a small bronze star ( ) on the top right corner. If an article achieves featured status before the present featured article's two weeks expire, it must wait its turn.

Nominations and Votes
Lore:Eternal Champion
Now that the more unknown heroes have finally had their own respective pages created, this is easily the most refined and researched out of the lot. It's a good template to use as reference for future heroes (and current ones whose pages still need to be worked on) and is well written and thoroughly referenced without leaning on any one player's personal experiences playing as the character themselves.

- Oppose: A good article but I don't see a specific element in which it shines other than the necessary line toe-ing that comes with Hero characters, which is too niche to be feature-worthy. Mindtrait0r (talk) 02:36, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
- Support: I just added various other backstories found in developer commentary to the page of the Eternal Champion which I believe add an intriguing level of nuance to the character. Along with the solid information compiled of the traditional backstory, and the characters journey I think this would be a fine feature. Dcking20 (talk) 02:25, 2 June 2024 (UTC)
- Support: Looks solid for a hero page, and works to feature that whole lore section. —Dillonn241 (talk) 06:32, 15 June 2024 (UTC)
Lore:Alduin
I think we got things looking pretty clean with this page now and do a good job of not providing a strong opinion on the various sources that conflict on his origins rather just lay them on the table and allow the readers to decide. Add on a comprehensive history section, and a section that tackles all the various world eaters found in other cultures, and I think we have a feature worthy Alduin article.

- Support: Good coverage. No outstanding issues I see from a wiki perspective. —Dillonn241 (talk) 22:49, 29 June 2024 (UTC)
- Support: Conveys a lot of complex information without being either overly long or overly dense. A great job.--Draugluin (talk) 12:12, 1 July 2024 (UTC)
Skyrim:A Night To Remember
This quest page covers everything needed without being too long of a walkthrough. It has several high-quality screenshots, breaks up the walkthrough into clear sections, highlights the essential decision-making dialogue, and has a complete notes and bugs section. The only issue I see is one unconfirmed bug, but it's hard to fault the page for that; perhaps someone can confirm it soon.

Skyrim:M'aiq the Liar
Fun page with an explanation of every dialogue line he has in the game. The page is simple and easy to follow, but packs a lot of content and understanding of content into a small area. Considering there is no lore page for M'aiq (and maybe never will be), this is the next best thing if he's ever going to be featured.
