Hand Kenro Hlan is a Dark Elf warrior and a Hand of Almalexia in service to the heretical Tribunal Temple. He can be found in Fahlbtharz Forge and will attack you on sight. You are required to kill him as part of Ghosts of the Tribunal.
When you enter the forge, he can be found finishing off a hostile Dwemer ghost. He carries a note, the Unenchanted Weapon, gold and common loot. He wears Kenro's Helmet and Kenro's Robes and wields an Ebony Scimitar.
