The Vampire Ritual Site is a sacred place to Lamae Bal found a bit east of center, between Evermore and Pelin Graveyard. It is used for players that wish to become a Vampire. It is unoccupied unless the related quest is obtained by becoming infected by a specific type of Bloodfiend NPC, which will then cause Rahaja to be present here. Players can also infect other players with vampirism here every 7 days, provided they have the Blood Ritual passive. During the quest, the monument will be unlocked, allowing you to go to the Blood Matron's Crypt, but will seal after completion of the quest.
The Aldmeri Dominion equivalent is located in Reaper's March, while the Ebonheart Pact version is located in the Rift. Players can choose any of the three ritual sites to become a vampire regardless of faction. Bangkorai's ritual site differs from the other two in that it features a statue that appears to depict Lamae Bal.
