Make your way to the Forsaken Citadel in Southern Elsweyr. You will need to gather three Ensocrlled Swords. The swords can be found in the armory near the entrance, in the courtyard, and in the western portion of the delve.

Return to Guybert Flaubert in Senchal for your reward.
