Kynesgrove is a sacred forest in eastern Eastmarch, south of Windhelm.
The Keepers of the Grove live here and serve as priests of Kyne. Before going out in war, the local Nords used to go to Kynesgrove and pray to Kyne for good fortune. Unfortunately, the grove has recently become inhospitable, occupied with hostile mages and enthralled soldiers.
Gulfa Red-Beard the traveling merchant wanders the road between here and Thulvald's Logging Camp.

Kynesgrove Wayshrine is located northwest of the woods. The horse Peri will appear here during The Dragonguard's Legacy, offering permanent one-way transport to the Valley of Blades. During the New Life Festival, "Gateway to the New Life Festival" portals will be opened at the various Event Exchanges, offering one-way transport to this wayshrine due to its proximity to the New Life Tent.
