Exarch Kraglen is a Werewolf Behemoth who can be found in the Stone Garden. He is the dungeon's first boss, tasked with guarding the entrance to Arkasis's laboratory.

Skills and AbilitiesEdit
Hard Mode can only be activated on Veteran.
- Blood Rage
- The most crucial mechanic to pay attention to. Kraglen will roar at you, knocking you down if you're too close to him. This drains and reduces your resources if you fail to interrupt it. Players fighting from a distance can use Crushing Shock or Venomous Arrow to interrupt this ability to help out the tank.
- Charge
- Kraglen glows red and charges at a player, dealing major physical damage. This ability needs to be blocked, and is similar to Xal-Nur the Slaver's charge in the Ruins of Mazzatun in that regard.
- Swipe
- Exarch Kraglen swipes his claws at you. A basic melee ability that deals moderate physical damage.
- Slaughter
- Exarch Kraglen winds up and eviscerates you with his claws. Deals major physical damage and hits twice. Needs to be blocked or dodged. Will one-shot most non-tanks.
- Fault Line
- Kraglen stomps. On veteran, if you're in range when he stomps, you may be killed in one hit. Fissures crack open the ground in a winding line towards a player. Deals moderate damage. If you stand in the AoEs, you will be stunned.
- Fracture
- Works in conjunction with Fault Line. Deals physical damage.

Stone GardenEdit
After making your way through the chasm, you will find yourself in an arena outside the doors to the laboratory. Exarch Kraglen will call out to you:
- Exarch Kraglen: "Far enough, interlopers! Only my jaws lie ahead."
- Gwendis: "Heck of a guard dog. Take him for a run. I'll work on the door."
Gwendis will then head to the door and begin picking the lock it while you fight.
Idling before battle:
- "You've wandered down the wrong path, little sheep."
- "And I thought this post would be boring. Entertain me!"
- "I smell the blood of my packmates on you. I'll wash it out with your own."
- "I haven't tasted fresh meat in far too long."
- "Go on and run. I enjoy the hunt."
If Slaughter fails to kill you:
- "Pathetic!"
- "Yes! Fight!"
- "Too slow!"
Using Fracture:
- "I'll have to lick what's left of you out of my fur."
- "The struggle only makes your flesh taste sweeter."
- "You're going to make me work for my kill? Good!"
When he enters a Blood Rage:
- "Graaah!"
- "Blood!"
- "Rrrah! Die prey!"
- "Tear! Limb from limb!"
- "Grah! Die! Die! Die! Die! Die!"
- "<Manic laughing, snarling, and howling.>"
- "<Mad howling and snarling.>"
When Blood Rage is interrupted:

Exarch Kraglen appears within Grayhome in the dream-walk during the second Markarth Prologue quest. He is standing next to Rada al-Saran's throne and cannot be spoken to.
