Hotfix for Patch 1.6.1, containing the following bug fixes and improvements:

• Fixed various issues preventing quest progression.
• Fixed a bug that reset all skill cooldowns when equipping a loadout.
• Fixed a bug that ignored enemy weaknesses when determining a quest or job's skull rating.
• Improved skull ratings for higher-level quests and jobs.
