- This ruin contains 4 Hanging Moss plants, 3 Namira's Rot plants and 2 Wisp Stalk plants.
- Most of this ruin is quite dark, so using a torch or Light spell is recommended.
- Anga also appeared in Oblivion.
BugsEdit
- The Ayleid Reliquary in the final room sometimes won't appear, although it is still possible to activate the container and loot it. The reliquary is adjacent to the southern armrest of the throne. ?
WalkthroughEdit
ExteriorEdit
Outside the cave you will find a deer and two rabbits, foxes or gray foxes, as well as eleven Motherwort Sprig plants, four Lavender plants, three Wormwood plants, two Namira's Rot plants and one Green Stain Cup plant.
AngaEdit
The first section of this ruin is overgrown by roots of the forest above and has recently been the site of a struggle between the servants of Namira and Stendarr. Past three bear traps you will find a skeleton and the corpses of two Vigilants of Stendarr, as well as an Ayleid coffer. You will then arrive on the upper level of a large room, guarded by a Namira cultist. From here you can snipe at the cultists below: two are praying in front of a stone pillar replete with bloody skulls and flanked by sets of impaled bloodied corpses, while another is pacing by a table.
If you do not use stealth, jump down into the room or use the southern corridor to reach the cultists. Note that a further one or two cultists from a nearby chamber will likely detect you and join the fray. In the room you will also find two tents with bedrolls, an Ayleid coffer and a regular chest. Take the northern corridor and then tack west into a room with three rats, an Ayleid coffer, a regular chest and two barrels containing uncommon ingredients.
Head to the room and head east into a room with a set of unraised stone stairs. Head north, picking up the leveled potion on the stone to the left of the archway. Head down and past a tripwire-activated swinging mace trap to a room with two cultists, a stone throne, an Ayleid coffer, two uncommon ingredients barrels, a knapsack, an alchemy lab, a portion of fire salts, three leveled potions and a table with a stack of books including the Conjuration skill book Liminal Bridges and the rare Arkay the Enemy, Spirit of the Daedra and The Waters of Oblivion.
Head south, looting an Ayleid coffer and two vases concealed by a spider web and avoid the pressure plate-activated darts trap to loot three skeletons and a Varla stone atop a pedestal. From here, move south to a room full of empty, key-requiring cages, guarded by two cultists and hosting a chest and a bandit corpse hanging in a cage.
Head west, looting two coin purses and a Scroll of Fire Rune along the way into a room with a cultist, an arcane enchanter, a leveled potion, a leveled enchanted bow and five Ayleid vases. Follow the corridor east, past a swinging mace trap, to a staircase guarded by a cultist. Nearby are two Ayleid coffers, seven Ayleid vases and, behind a nearby spider web, a Welkynd stone.
You will emerge on a balcony overlooking a room with two shallow pools. Head down the stairs and east, negotiating another tripwire-activated swinging mace trap. Behind a spider web is a room with two cultists, two stone thrones, a leveled enchanted one-handed weapon, three leveled potions, a leveled spell tome and five Ayleid vases. If you prefer stealth, you can gain access to a balcony overlooking the room by taking the southern corridor before the spider web and negotiating the collapsed staircases by crouching and jumping. This allows you to snipe at the two cultists below and a third in the balcony on the northern side.
Make you way up to the northern balcony, looting four Ayleid vases along the way, and follow the corridor west and then north until you arrive at the large, final room. On the lower level, you will find three cultists surrounded by mounds of bones and impaled bloody corpses. Pillars bear the Daedric letter "O" and blood stains the floor and ceiling. On the raised level is the boss-level cult leader, a stone throne, an Ayleid boss chest, a Varla stone, five Welkynd stones and the Snowy Firebolt spell tome. The southern passage is a dead end, so take the northern one and then turn west, until you find yourself back in the previous room with stone stairs. Push the nearby button to activate them and make your way to the exit.
