Tabad Vems is a Dark Elf enchanter who lives and works in the Tower of Tel Ouada. He sells a few examples of his craft along with the soul gems necessary for others to make their own items. He also offers his services as an enchanter to any who can afford them.
He wears an expensive robe and a pair of expensive shoes. He wields an Iron Shardmauler and carries most of the weapons he sells.
