Mithras is a Dark Elf warlock, member of the Parliament of Bugs, the mainland Telvanni council, and is the lord of Ranyon-ruhn. He is an old Mer who generally seems to care about his subjects and discourages them from calling him master - though they still do out of respect. He is a potent spellcaster and fighter, and is clad in tough light armor. Due to his comparatively kind and thoughtful nature (although he still despises the Empire and anyone affiliated with it) many of his fellow Telvanni dislike him, seeing his interest in his subjects' well-being as a weakness. Mistress Rathra in particular does whatever she can to oppose him, and this rivalry can't be good for the local economy...
