Winterhold Stormcloak Camp is a Stormcloak camp in Winterhold Hold, located northeast of Windhelm and south of Snow Veil Sanctum.
This camp will only be present if the Imperials hold Winterhold and the rest of Winterhold Hold, whether through martial might or via the negotiation during Season Unending. Stormcloak soldiers are camped here under the command of Kai Wet-Pommel, except during the related quest, when Galmar Stone-Fist takes command. Like similar military camps that only exist when the hold has changed hands, it has no horses. Unlike most Stormcloak camps, it has no Stormcloak quartermaster.

Winterhold Stormcloak CampEdit
It is a typical Stormcloak camp, consisting of a central campfire with a cooking spit hanging over it, around which the rest of the camp is arranged. Beside the campfire is an anvil. Around the campfire are four small tents containing unowned hay piles. Next to one of the small tents is a wood chopping block, and next to another is a grindstone and a workbench. West of the campfire, next to a stone pillar, is the hospital tent, which contains three hay piles occupied by wounded soldiers and a low table holding a random potion of health and a random potion of healing. To the right of the hospital tent is a table with a built-in alchemy lab. Up the hill from the hospital tent is the commander's tent, containing an owned bedroll, an unlocked chest, and an end table. To the right of the commander's tent are some barrels. Up the hill from the commander's tent is the command tent, containing a lit brazier, a dresser, and a large table covered with a map of Skyrim showing the progress of the civil war and the various forts and cities held by each side. This is where the commander spends most of their time.
Any time Winterhold Hold is controlled by the Stormcloaks, this camp will not be present. As long as you haven't completed Joining the Legion, you are free to sleep in the small tents.
