Icewater Jetty is a small isolated dock far west of Solitude and northwest of Northwatch Keep.
The boat at the pier can be used to reach the nearby island to the northwest, where Castle Volkihar is located. Two spiky grass plants, a canis root, a Nordic barnacle cluster, and a tree stump with mora tapinella growing on it may be found in the area. Nothing else of interest is in the vicinity.

- You can hire a ferryman to take you to this location for 500 gold, from Dawnstar, Solitude, or Windhelm. You can also travel here using the map in Dead Man's DreadCC once this option has been unlocked.
- It is not mandatory to use the boat to access Castle Volkihar; it is possible to swim to the castle instead.
