Breathes-Deep is an Argonian Alchemist specializing in perfume. He operates a store in Anvil.
Fellow alchemist Thirroth considers him far from a master at his craft, but his superior Mercantile abilities seem to have done him very well. His other interests include literature - he runs a book club featured in the quest of the same name, where it transpires that his most recent reading is of The Eastern Provinces Impartially Considered - in part a critique of the Empire's failure to stop Morrowind's slave trafficking in Black Marsh. He has a personal connection to the topic, as he explains:
