The Steadfast Regulator is a hostile guardian factotum that serves as the delve boss of the Halls of Regulation; defeating it is required to mark the delve as complete. It is accompanied by two already-overcharged Firepot Spiders.
It has a rare chance to drop the antiquity lead for the Runic Legs furnishing fragment for the Trifold Mirror of Alternatives.

Skills and AbilitiesEdit
It fights exactly like a standard Factotum Conduit, but also has two additional unique abilities:
- Shock
- A basic ranged attack that does minor shock damage.
- Impending Storm
- The enemy charges up and releases lightning from itself as indicated by red circles. This attack does moderate shock damage to all enemies hit. This attack can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance or simply avoided.
- Negate Magic
- The enemy creates a globe of magic suppression for 10 seconds, removing and preventing all player area of effect abilities from occurring in the area. Players within the globe will be silenced and pets/companions are stunned. Silence prevents players from using any ability costing Health, Magicka, Ultimate or have no cost at all as long as they are in the affected area.
- Thunderstorm
- The Steadfast Regular raises its hand up, summoning a burst of several lightning strikes at your location, indicated by small growing circular AoEs, dealing moderate shock damage each.
- Tidal Wave
- The Steadfast Regulator sends forth a wave of spinning water forward, indicated by a traveling circular AoE, dealing moderate physical damage and knocking you away.

- The Steadfast Regulator: "Hostile intruder detected. Initiating security protocols."
It announces damages to its system when injured, from any of the following:
- The Steadfast Regulator: "Damage to integrated components. Defense compromised."
- The Steadfast Regulator: "Functions compromised. Reflecting ... reflecting ...."
