Soul Burst is a Scribed skill Grimoire, on the Soul Magic skill line. It is given away for free by completing The Wing of the Crow, the final quest in the Scribing quest line. Alternatively, it can be purchased for 0001000010,000  from Chronicler Firandil, provided another character on your account has completed the quest line. The name of the scribed skill changes depending upon your choice of Focus Script.

	Anchorite's Cruelty	Consumes a Soul Gem to deal 2.8% of the enemy's Max Health as Oblivion Damage every 2 seconds for 10 seconds, up to a maximum of 2800 damage. Deals up to 100% more damage to enemies under 50% Health, and can occur once every 10 seconds.
		Incompatible with Warding Burst and Healing Burst
	Anchorite's Potency	Consumes a Soul Gem to generate 3 Ultimate , up to once every 5 seconds.

	Crusader's Defiance	Removes up to 1 negative effect.
	Hunter's Snare	Reduces the Movement Speed of enemies by 30% for 6 seconds.
