Quick WalkthroughEdit

  1. Find Onuja in Othrenis.

Detailed WalkthroughEdit

Talk to Garyn Indoril at Ash Mountain after completing Quiet the Ringing Bell. He will acknowledge that summoning Balreth seems to have been somewhat rash, as the ritual his father gave him to rebind it isn't working, and now there are Daedra pouring out of the mountain. He suggests that the best option at this point is to contact the mages who bound Balreth the first time. Garyn then sends you to find Onuja in Othrenis, a necropolis where some of these mages were buried, and aid him however you can.

Othrenis is located directly south from Ash Mountain, just across the bridge and to the east along the road. You'll find Onuja crouching down next to the road leading to the necropolis. He's startled by your arrival, but is pleased to see a friendly face, and rewards you with a small amount of gold.

  • Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
