Mist Mirror Refuge is a grove in southwestern Cyrodiil, northwest of Castle Black Boot. Wisps and spriggans can be found around the water's edge, including the unique spriggan, Apricacea. A letter can be found here. A single bear can be found at the bottom of the cliff by the waterfall.
