The Festive Witch is a Dark Elf witch who can spawn at set locations in the world during the Witches Festival event with a difficulty level intended for solo completion. She can be found leaning over a cauldron in the encounter location.
When approached, she will shout one of her dialogue lines and cause three enemies to spawn from the cauldron before disappearing. The enemies may be salamanders, death hoppers, or skeevers. Defeating the encounter will result in the cauldron spitting out a Witch's Chest, which contains a Cat-Shaped Ward. It can be presented to Witch-Killer Caurdreth for some unique dialogue as a part of Khal H. Hughez's quest.

- Festive Witch: "Everything's ready. Come and get it!"
