Esutanamus is a Daedric ruin found in the Grazelands region of Vvardenfell. It is dedicated to Molag Bal. Esutanamus is located south of Vos. It is not marked on the map, but is one of the locations you need to visit for the Daedric Explorer achievement. Seythen Rendo can be found here, before he is rescued during the relevant quest.

Many passive creatures can be found here, including butterflies, centipedes, fetcherflies, and fiendroths.

If you enter the ruin from the northern hill, you'll find a daedroth at the top of the stairs. You can head east from here to find a clannfear on a pavilion. You'll find part of the winged twilights' nest north of this clannfear, filled with bones and bits of loose meat. You'll find Seythen Rendo here during the related quest. A heavy sack can spawn on the eastern end of the pavilion, beside a pillar, beyond which lies two winged twilights. The Stone of Esutanamus is located in front of the ruin's sealed entrance, which lies south of the clannfear pavilion.

You can head east of the clannfear pavilion to squeeze through a tight corridor and put yourself on the path to finding the skyshard. A campfire lies atop the cliff overlooking the skyshard, which is on a boulder on the southeast side of the island. The site of a gruesome murder lies on the ground southeast of the skyshard, beside a campfire.

The Black Snails have a dock southwest of the ruin, at the base of the hill leading up to Hanud Tower. The 36 Lessons: Sermon 9 is located in the large boat with the cover. You'll find two Black Snails on the dock and one tending to the dinghies along the coast north of the dock. An entrance to Pinsun lies east of these smaller boats.

A flight of stairs leads up the mountain to the ruin northeast of the dock. A daedroth loiters in a space just north off the side of the path. You can continue east up the path to reach a portion of the hill that is level with a platform. A heavy sack can spawn beside a pillar on the south side of this platform.
