The gate

The Cyrodiil Gate Garrison is a locked gate on the eastern side of Craglorn. Located just outside Elinhir, it appears to link indirectly to both the Northern High Rock Gate in northern Cyrodiil, and Falkreath Hold in southern Skyrim, the latter of which can be reached by activating a nearby cart if you have access to the Horns of the Reach DLC. There is one merchant here, Sergeant Armandine, who is a member of the Daggerfall Covenant military, but will grudgingly do business with members of the other Alliances.
