West of Leyawiin |
Greyland is a building west of Leyawiin (quest-related).
It is just outside the city walls, at the end of a path leading south from the west gate. The building is the base for an illegal drug operation run by skooma refiners, with the ringleader being the target of the related quest.
The exterior of the building comprises a simple structure of stone, plaster, and wood partially surrounded by a low stone wall, with a well behind the building. Four barrels and a crate containing clutter, as well as four dragon's tongue and three tiger lily plants, are found to the left of the entrance.
The interior of the building is in some disarray, with smashed barrels and crates, an overturned stool and chair, scattered tools and other miscellaneous items, and a couple unhung paintings, stone blocks, and empty open barrels in the entrance alcove and the main room. Accessible containers include a non-respawning chest containing three bottles of skooma, three sets of drawers, three barrels, and two cupboards; the set of drawers near the entrance contains clothing, and the cupboard in the northeastern corner contains food, while the remaining containers other than the chest contain only clutter. A table surrounded by three chairs, a smaller table in the northeastern corner, and the nearby food cupboard hold a bread loaf, a piece of ham, six ironwood nuts, a piece of mutton, two pumpkins, and two pieces of venison. A copy of Frontier, Conquest is on the set of drawers north of the unowned double bed, and five articles of lower-class clothing are strewn on and near the set of drawers south of the bed.
After the related quest is completed, the building can potentially be used as your personal home. The bed is free to use, and the chest does not respawn; however, all other containers respawn. Also, a marauder will respawn inside the building every three days.

BugsEdit
- The music played inside the building is the outdoor "default" type instead of "public", the norm for indoor areas.
- The Unofficial Oblivion Patch, version 2.1.0, fixes this bug.
