Vorar Helas is a Dark Elf commoner located east of the Odai River in Balmora's Labor Town, near Caius Cosades' house. He has recently become involved in drug smuggling for the Camonna Tong.
He is wearing a common shirt with matching pants, shoes, belt, both common gloves and a ring of Medusa's gaze. He wields a chitin dagger and is carrying a key to his house, some mazte and 400 gold. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
