Ralen Tilvur

Ralen Tilvur is a Dark Elf smith and Hireling of House Hlaalu who owns a shop in the southeastern corner of the Foreign Quarter plaza in Vivec. His shop is in direct competition with Alusaron, who would like to obtain a contract that Ralen has recently received. He has also been the target of some thieves, much to the consternation of House Hlaalu. If you have installed the Adamantium Armor plugin, he will have some of the armor for sale.
