Gilyne Omoren is a Dark Elf smith who can be found in the Manor Services building at Indarys Manor after you have built your Stronghold. If you are a member of House Redoran, he will have some weapons and repair items available for sale, and offer repair services. If you are a member of House Hlaalu or House Telvanni, on the other hand, he will likely attack you.
