The changes to place descriptionsEdit

If you make this kind of change, like for Bewan page, you need to check the following sentences. It looks strange if the inhabitants are, of no reason, listed twice. I also took a quick look at Skyrim Places. They do not all contain inhabitants in the descriptions. They may but they do not all do that... Anyhow, apart from the above I have no objections.
