Rigas is an Imperial that lives in Rosethorn Hall. His history is somewhat weird. From the moment he got out of the sewers, almost everything he did was because he wanted to have fun. He is very skilled with Destruction magic and words. He is also skilled at Alteration and Illusion magic, blades and sneaking. He is a Master-Wizard of the Mages Guild and often makes trips to the Aracane University, mostly to talk with his friends and create new spells.
