Salandus

Salandus is a Dunmer stronghold in the Alt Orethan region, filled with slaving bandits. While lacking in notable loot, the stronghold does contain an unusually large number of slaves. The key to freeing these can be found on the table in the room with two slave cells. The ruins of houses surrounding the stronghold suggest that it was once a population center.
