Alt Orethan

Alt Orethan is a region in the Mournhold District of Morrowind. It is the rocky scrubland between the city of Almalexia and the Lan Orethan forest.

Its largest settlement is Almalexia (Meralag for the released area). Alt Orethan borders Aanthirin to the west, Sundered Scar to the north, the Mephalan Vales to the northeast, Lan Orethan to the east, and the Deshaan Plains to the south.

Only the area north and east of Almalexia is officially released, approximately a third of the entire region.

Velothi TowersEdit

• Tiranshiha — A Velothi tower north of Meralag. It is inhabited by escaped Khajiit slaves who are suspicious of outsiders. The top floor contains a locked cell, with a posed Khajiit skeleton bearing slave bracers behind several veils. Several Vaba Maaszi Lhajiito scrolls are littered around the tower.
