Tirasa Melvos is a Dark Elf Commoner who has been stricken by recurring nightmares of water washing away the city of Andothren in which she lives. Having been rebuffed by the priests of the local temple, she seeks an explanation from any who can give it - including you. During the events of Drowned Out, you may attribute the dreams to a number of different potential causes.
If convinced that she is somehow sickening - whether due to the effect of ash statues or Sheogorath's influence, Tirasa will seek sanctuary and healing at the Serynthul infirmary, where she can later be found. If she is encouraged to believe that her dreams of disaster are sent by Almalexia, she will vow to dedicate herself to the goddess's service and begin a journey to Morrowind's capital. She may later be encountered upon her journey within the Temple city of Almas Thirr.
You can alternatively simply provide Tirasa with a powerful sleeping draught from the local alchemists, in which case Tirasa will begin to enjoy dreamless sleep within the walls of her own city once more.
