Arlo Ajaxus seemed skeptical towards the idea of joining the Dustmoth garrison, referring to Thromil Rufus as a "half-breed" and "crook". He asked me to clear out the Daedric ruin of Ulanababia with him, such that I could prove my valor, as a condition of joining the garrison. He has said that he will wait for me there.
