Neresa Brenos is a Dunmer Smith and a hireling of House Hlaalu. She provides repair services and a selection of basic weapons and armor. Neresa is also one of the leads that Nevusa Lladri gives you during the events of The Statue, but is unwilling to risk crossing the governor by campaigning for its removal:
"Why would I want anything to do with moving the statue? I'm as proud of it as anyone here. Besides, everyone knows the governor won't stand for it."
