Idura Voron is a Dunmer Monk and a novice of the Tribunal Temple. She has been engaged in ill-advised correspondence with Indoril Danvas of Roa Dyr, as shown in the letter she requests you deliver during Duress of a Slave. This letter brings considerable suspicion down upon her from the inquisitorial Illene Teloth:
"Idura Voron is but a novice working for the Office of Intercession. I find it rather unusual that she should be writing to the son of Indoril Ilvi without consulting me or the Majordomo."
In truth, Idura has been manipulated by Indoril Danvas into providing him information on the likely location of Addamarys Saldro, his great friend, who has disappeared while in Hlaalu lands. Her naievity is something she comes to view with considerable regret in A Warmonger's Counsel:
"Thank you for your kind words, %PCName. But I am a bit useless. And stupid, too. What was I thinking? I thought if I did everything Danvas asked me to, he would... he would... But no. Danvas never cared about me. He just wanted me to be his pawn."
