Hasarund is the tower of a potent enchantress at the source of the Pryai River.
Perched among the lofty peaks of the Velothi Mountains, Hasarund is difficult to access without levitation, as few roads lead to it. If you do have a means of flight, then it's as simple as following the Pryai River (the one running through Bodrum up to its source, where the tower stands. If you must go by foot, then you have a very long road ahead of you (see directions below).
Hasarund itself contains a number of hostile Daedra in the service of the enchantress, Ostrala Rouillac. A few valuables, such as a glass dagger on the table by Ostrala, or the Enchant skillbook 36 Lessons of Vivec, Sermon 19 on the bookshelf behind her, can be stolen here.
The long, long walk to HasarundEdit
If you are seeking Hasarund as part of the Mages Guild quest, The Tower of the Enchantress, you should already have found Uman. Descend the slope from this sleepy settlement and follow the path as it turns south. Ignore the turning that leads back out to the Armun Ashlands and take the right fork instead (and left at the fork shortly after). You should pass the Erendi Ancestral Tomb on your left. Continue south, crossing a lake where an underdressed witch stands (speaking to her begins The Naked Witch) and continue southwest up the hill until you reach the Dwemer ruin of Hendor-Stardumz. Proceed eastwards then northwards on the path that runs through the turrets of this ruin, past the goblin stronghold of Kharom. Shortly after this you will come to a broken bridge that you need to leap across. The path from here winds high into the mountains - and you'll quickly find yourself on a high road overlooking Uman. Continue along the path from this overlook northwards, until Hasarund comes into sight.
