A Skeleton

Skeletons are the reanimated bones of the dead. They are often found with Draugr in crypts and ruins, and may also be summoned by necromancers in combat. They are fully resistant to poison and paralysis and have a 25% resistance to frost, but, given their low health level and poor equipment, they are vulnerable to other types of attack, making them relatively easy opponents. Skeletons encountered around graveyards or in Nordic Ruins will use various Ancient Nord Weapons; one-handed, two-handed, and archer skeletons all exist. Skeleton Mages can also appear in some locations— these are leveled and have the same spell selection as Draugr spell-casters. Several new skeleton variants are added by the Dawnguard add-on, many of which are very similar to draugr enemies in both their abilities and appearance.

HearthfireEdit

With the installation of the Hearthfire add-on, you have the ability to create a skeleton statue on a small base in the trophy room addition of any homestead, should you choose to build it. The materials needed are:

Skeleton

Gallows Hall CreationEdit

With the installation of the Gallows Hall creation, you have the ability to summon a permanent Skeleton follower through use of the Bone Forge

  • The Skeleton is summoned using 1 x Bone Meal and 1 x Greater Soul Gem
  • The summoned minion does not count towards your maximum number of summons, meaning you can get a free permanent follower by using the forge.
  • The minions do not regenerate health and are protected, being downed when their health is too low instead of being outright killed. They can be healed by using the Necromantic Healing and Heal Undead spells.

NotesEdit

  • Skeletons do not have magicka, despite some being mages.
