We should be fine to clarify it for readers, Shane gro-Orath is a straightforward anagram of Sheogorath, minding the g needing to be moved after the first o. I might see an issue if it was just the name, but given the senile context of the book and the very blunt (Clever, no? Ha, ha!) found literally right next to the name, its very much intentional that the name is seen as a play-on-words of Sheogorath. Its stylized in the same way as a traditional Orcish name, but Daedric Princes are not ones to shy away from using aliases similar to their own names, one of many, many examples is Sanguine disguising himself with the Breton name Sam Guevenne, phonetically also similar to his real name, and Sheogorath is also known for using anagram-type aliases like Theodor Gorlash. Though we might never see the name show up again to cement the suspicision; the name is clearly nothing more than Sheogorath cleverly inserting himself as a fake mortal author to spread his insane work or an author subtlely crediting the book to Sheogorath.
