As you enter the room Ravith-morna will briefly appear to corrupt Zayabi's soul turning her into a dro-m'Athra. Once Zayabi-morna is defeated Zerith-var will purify her spirit and send her to the Gates of Crossing.
- Zerith-var: "The song of the Rajaska. It bends these Twilight Cantors into dro-m'Athra!"
- Ravith-morna: "Zayabi-morna, my newborn Rajaska, sing for them the next verse."
- Zerith-var: "Claws out, my friend! Here we go!"
Her spirit is restored after the battle:
- Zerith-var: "Cantor Zayabi. With your spirit cleansed, Azurah guides you to her Crossing. Find peace in her embrace."'

Zerith-var will be drawn to Khenarthi's Rise in Reaper's March. It is an old training ground of the Hidden Moon. While there, you will meet the spirit of Moon-Singer Talbira, who will ask you "bring order" to the ruins so the next step towards defeating Ravith-morna can be revealed.
After you have annointed the weapons in the armory, Cantor Zayabi's spirit will appear:
- Zerith-var: "Cantor Zayabi. Do you remember her from the Vile Manse?"
- Cantor Zayabi: "Heed me, Zerith-var. A weapon that loses its edge can be restored. What of you?"
- <Cantor Zayabi's spirit disappears.>

- When seen in the Vile Manse, she is named Zayabi. When met later at Khenarthi's Rise, her title is added, now named Cantor Zayabi.
