Zanil Theran is a Dark Elf luxury furnisher who can be found at his stall, either in the Hollow City (across from the bank in Coldharbour) or at the Belkarth Festival Grounds in Craglorn. He is only present on weekends, starting from 1:00 AM UTC on Saturday (Friday 8:00 PM EST, 5:00 PM PST) and leaving at noon UTC on Monday (7:00 AM EST, 4:00 AM PST).
