- Defeat Quintus Verres, Tremorscale, and the Guardian Council at Volenfell.
Complete Veteran Volenfell by defeating the Desert Lion, Quintus Verres and the Monstrous Gargoyle, Boilbite, Tremorscale, the Unstable Construct, and the Guardian Council.
Volenfell Vanquisher and Volenfell Conqueror are awarded for clearing Volenfell. Only Quintus Verres, Tremorscale, and the Guardian Council (consisting of The Guardian's Spark, The Guardian's Soul and The Guardian's Strength) are required for the non-Veteran achievement, but for the Veteran achievement you must defeat all 6 bosses in addition to running it in Veteran mode. You will receive the Skill Point either way. If you complete Volenfell Conqueror, you will automatically receive Volenfell Vanquisher at the same time if you have not already done so. Either achievement will earn you a Trophy: Tremorscale (page) for your home, and the Conqueror achievement will also earn you a Bust: Tremorscale (page)
