Vampire Berserkers are Nord vampire berserkers found in The Orchard. Their matriarch is Virgar the Red, and they are guarding The Orchard for Molag Bal.
You must kill several vampires from the Orchard to gather their blood for Vanus Galerion's spell. After the quest is completed, they become neutral, regardless of whose side was picked.

If you sided with Virgar the Red, two friendly Vampire Berserkers will join you in the battle against the Guardian of the Gate during The Final Assault.

- Quick Strike
- A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.
- Blood Craze
- The enemy slashes at you twice, doing moderate bleed damage over time to the player. This attack also heals the enemy over time.
- Agony
- The enemy stuns the player for short time. Taking damage from any source will break the stun, although the player may choose to break free from it instead. After the stun ends, this spell also does moderate magical damage over time to the player. This spell can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance. Players should note that blocking will not prevent the stun.
- Roll Dodge
- The enemy can perform a roll dodge to avoid incoming damage.
- Drain Essence
- The enemy drains your life force, dealing high magic damage and restoring its health every 1 second for 3 seconds.
