Harbor Customs Hall

Harbor Customs Hall is a public building housing an inn and bank vault in Velyn Harbor. Prior to liberating the town, the interior will be full of Drublog occupants and none of the regulars listed below. However, Myl Falas and Sarshar can be found outside on the roof terrace cowering in fear, while Noemie Frinck leans against the railing, injured.

There is a master safebox next to the banker's counter, which is on the ground floor in the center of the building. An intermediate safebox is located south of the long counter in the northern wing of the Trader's Rest Tavern, whgich lies upstairs.
